Description

Add liquid ingredients to carrot base and mix for 5 minutes then scape down sides, mix in the grated carrot and deposit into lined silicone tray and bake at 150?c for approx 30 to 40 minutes. Once bake cool then top with cream cheese frosting and then nibbed walnuts. Blast chill to -12?c then bag box, label and freeze to -18?c.
