Cooking Instructions
All instructions below are for cooking from frozenDeep Fry . Preheat oil to 180C. Deep fry squid for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.Conventional Oven. Preheat oven to 220C, (Gas Mark 7) Place frozen squid on a pre-heated baking rack and bake for 7-9 minutes until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking.Industrial Oven. Preheat oven to 190C, (Gas Mark 7) Place frozen squid on a pre-heated baking rack and bake for 4-5 minutes until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking. Pan Fry. Preheat lightly oiled frypan to low temperature. Place frozen squid in pan and cook for 4-6 minutes. Turn occasionally
Storage Instructions
Keep Frozen. Store at -18 degrees C or below. Do not refreeze once thawed.If using from defrosted, defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator for 24 hours before use. Use within 3 days.
