Cooking Instructions
For best results cook from frozen. Penny stack 40 portions to one gastronorm tray; these should be stacked large end on top in 4 rows of 10. Cover and oven cook at Gas 4/180°C/350°F for 45-60 minutes (this is based on a full oven). This will differ depending on the type of oven and how many trays are being cooked. Check product is a minimum of 75°C (or to national standards) before serving. If storing in a hot cupboard, keep covered to prevent drying out.
