Cooking Instructions
For best results deep fry from frozenPre-heat oil to 180°C/350°F add the scampi and cook for approximately 4 - 4 ½ minutes until golden brown and crisp. Drain scampi on kitchen paper and serve immediately. Once cooled do not reheat.
