Cooking Instructions
From Frozen: Deep fry: Pre-heat oil to 180°C and fry for 8-10 minutes. Drain well before serving. Shallow fry: Over a moderate heat for 12-15 minutes. Turning occasionally. Grill: Under a medium to high heat for 12-15 minutes. Turning occasionally. Oven cook: Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place on a baking tray and bake in the upper part of the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
Storage Instructions
Store at -18°c or below.Do not re-freeze once thawed.
