Cooking Instructions
FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN. This product contains raw fishand must be cooked thoroughly. These instructions are guidelines only as cookingappliances vary. Ensure fish fillets are piping hot and cooked throughout beforeserving.OVEN BAKE (from frozen): Pre-heat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6.Place fillets on foil, dot with butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Wraploosely in foil and place on baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 20-25minutes (for fillet sizes 140-230g) or 25-30 minutes (for fillet sizes 230-340g) oruntil cooked through.
Storage Instructions
Keep Frozen, store below -18?. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
