Cooking Instructions
Take out from freezer.Defrost over night(at least 12hours) in a refrigerator covered with a clean cloth or cling wrap to prevent drying out.Remove 2hours prior to use, bring up to room temperature, allow to double in size.Refrigerate to keep stable prior to processing.Toprocess:Either hand stretch or roll out using a rolling pin to your required size.Place in a pre-oiled pizza pan and top with ingredients as required.If unsure consult with sauce manufacturer and cheese supplier.After topping, bake until cheese is golden brown and a minimum core temperature of the base has reached 96C.
Storage Instructions
Store frozen until required for use @ -18C or below.
