Cooking Instructions
Cooking Guidelines: Always cook from frozen. Results and cooking times will vary dependent on oven style, but for best results in standard oven, add1cm of water to the tray, cook at 180/200°C for around 20 minutes. Turn once during the cooking time. If you are covering the sausages in a combi or steamer and they're not browning, cook uncovered and try a light spray of oil. Use an electronic temperature probe to ensure a core temperature of 75°C is achieved.
