Cooking Instructions
For best results, place frozen goujons on to a gastrnorm tray. Use 2 full sized trays per 1 box of goujons. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for approximately 18 - 20 minutes. As ovens vary it may be necessary to amend the cooking time. Ensure product reaches a minimum core temperature of 75°C (or to national standards) before consumption. If storing in a hot cupboard, keep covered to prevent drying out.
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen below -18C. If allowed to defrost, do not refreeze.
