Cooking suggestion:Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of oil, 100g Israeli Couscous, 250ml of boiling water.Fry Giant Couscous in the oil for 1 minute (stirring to coat Israeli Couscous with oil)Add boiling water.Boil and simmer, lid on pan for 6 minutes (stirring occasionally) but this can vary.Take off heat and leave for 5-7 more minutes before serving.Serves 2 people.
