Dessertology
Description
Line individual moulds with 30g of biscoff crumb and butter base. Whisk together fond and warm water add biscoff paste followed by cheese beating well together, then fold in semi whipped cream and decant into individual moulds and level, then blast chill to -12?c. Once chilled decorate with 10g of ganache and a dusting of biscoff crumb,box,bag,label and freeze to -18?c.
