Cooking Instructions
Cooking from frozen -Microwave: place on microwave plate and cover. Microwave for 2 minutes on high, stand for 1 minute, cook a further 1 minuteOven bake: Loosely wrap the product in a foil parcel and place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated fan assisted oven at 190°c Gas Mark 5 for 30-35 minutesTo Poach:Remove outer packaging and (from frozen while still in its pouch) place a fillet or fillets in a pan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 15 minutes (10 minutes if defrosted). Once portion thoroughly cooked, it can be kept in the pan filled with hot water for up to 90 minutes without losing the flavour or texture, which makes it ideal for catering for large numbersAll cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Always check that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.Although every effort has been made to remove bones, some small bones may remain.
